The aim of this assignment is to make the Control & Quality Assurance Department of the client futureproof and data-driven.

In accordance with the clients Digitalization strategy, the QA Officer Digitalization is responsible for integration of all relevant compliance frameworks and automation of controls and evidence gathering for all relevant business and general IT controls. The future the clients organization will be data-driven.

The current Control and QA department is directed at quality assurance and management, focused on continuous improvement of IT policies, controls, processes and procedures that deliver consistent and reliable products and services to value streams, business and other stakeholders. The department is responsible for ensuring that all compliance standards are implemented and in control, on a global scale.

The future digital function of Manage Risk, Control & Quality Assurance is part of a Global Compliance Office, The Global Compliance Office is responsible for design, implementation, monitoring and adjustment of all global policies, procedures, risk, controls, architecture, information security and business continuity.

The aim of this assignment is to make the Control & Quality Assurance Department of the client futureproof and data-driven.

To perform in this role, you’ll bring the following knowledge & experience:

- Automatic identification of risk areas;

- Integrate Risk Framework and develop automated Risk Assessment methodology;

- Assess Maturity levels as input parameter for this process;

- Automation of workflows and dashboard;

- Process mining: implement compliance by design;

- Analyze Risk from policies and procedures.

- Implement secure monitoring tools for internal or external audits;

- Monitoring processes / controls in tooling;

- Design and implement central evidence repository.

- IT Governance and quality assurance;

- Implement automated workflow for Policy and Business review Process;

- Integrate and automate IT control.

The candidate has a sufficient English proficiency (spoken and written, B2 Level), Dutch preferably.
